Beauty and the Least

Most Expensive/Least Expensive Makeup

Hey babes! I had the idea for this post recently, thinking it would be fun to see which makeup I own in each category that is the most/least expensive and give you my honest review of each! Without further ado, here they are broken down by category:

Primer:

Most Expensive: Dior Glow Maximizer • $42 – I’m not sure why this has been discontinued this year, but I love it for special occasions!
Least Expensive: e.l.f. Cosmetics Poreless Face Primer • $6 – I think this works very well and is actually comparable to my favorite, the Smashbox PhotoFinish

Foundation:

Most Expensive: Dior ‘Airflash’ Spray Foundation • $62 – I like to use this airbrush foundation for special occasions, especially those that are outdoors
Least Expensive: Maybelline Fit Me Dewy + Smooth Foundation • $7.99 – I grabbed this on major sale when a local store was going out of business, but I don’t enjoy the coverage

Concealer:

Most Expensive: Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer • $25 – My favorite concealer EVER!
Least Expensive: L.A. Girl HD Pro Concealer • $4.99 – I think it’s pretty good, although the shade I ordered is a bit too dark for my undereye

Least Expensive: e.l.f. Cosmetics Blush • $3 – Haven’t used this in forever, wasn’t that impressed

Highlighter:

Most Expensive: Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector • $41 – This is gorgeous, but I’m not a big fan of liquid highlighter
Least Expensive: NYX Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator • $7.49 – This shade is a bit too fair/pearly for my tan skin tone

Eyeshadow:
