Hey babes! I’m back with another Empties post, again focused on skincare! For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term “empties,” you probably haven’t read my previous Empties Posts! Click here to catch up on my reviews of all the products I’ve used up (and are thus now empty!) After using a product up entirely, it’s a good time for me to give my full review and tell you whether or not I would repurchase it. Click any product below to be linked to purchase! Jergens Natural Glow Instant Sun Tanning Mousse • $12.99 – If you’ve been following me for a while, you already know this is my holy grail all-time favorite body tanner. It goes on so evenly, has a very natural look, and is pretty hard to mess up honestly. This tanner has minimal smell and you only need to wait about a minute before putting clothes on after application. I apply it in circular strokes with the Tarte Application Mitt. I use the “Deep Bronze” shade and apply it a few times per week, but they also offer a “Light Bronze” shade that is good for those who are paler in skin tone or may be good for self tanning beginners who are scared 😉
Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream • $31 – This is my favorite morning eye cream because it has caffeine to wake up the under eyes plus a brightening formula to illuminate too! I have some sample sizes I’ll go thru next, but I totally will repurchase eventually.
Estee Lauder DayWear Moisture Creme • $54 – I got this sample and used it in the mornings because it contains SPF. I won’t use a moisturizer in the mornings UNLESS it contains sun protection. This was a pretty good one, which I might repurchase if it was on sale but honestly I think drugstore moisturizers work just fine and are more affordable of course.
Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle Night Cream • $110 – I got this mini during one of the Peter Thomas Roth travel size product sales (they have these often during the holidays like Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc.) It is a great night cream, but I’d recommend waiting until a sale like that to purchase because I can’t claim that it’s worth the regular full price!
Beyond Complexion Intensive Eye Complex • $72 (Bogo!) – I got this eye cream from my dermatologist some bit ago as a bonus when I purchased a hydroquinone cream for my sun spots. It works great, and they’re having a ‘buy one, get one free’ sale right now so that’s something to consider if you’re in the market for a new eye cream.
